Worcester Manufacturing -  - Responsibilities:
Interpret travelers, blueprints, and sketches to prototype products and custom fixtures that meet rigorous quality standards;
Design & optimize using Solid Works to review existing products for cost reduction and design improvements;
Operational Excellence:
Maintain equipment to peak standards and proactively advise supervision on technical hurdles or material issues;
Problem Solving:
Use independent judgment to resolve manufacturing bottlenecks and streamline personal workflow;
Continuous Improvement:
Identify Lean and 6S opportunities to create a more efficient, safer, and organized shop environment
