We are looking for a person with a true entrepreneurial spirit, capable of taking initiatives and driving change. Reporting to the Industrial Site Manager, you will ensure the smooth operation of the Production Department.

• Ensure the safety of employees and the quality of products delivered by the department.
• Organize and adapt the operation of the department according to production challenges and company priorities.
• Manage, support, and grow the production teams on a daily basis and during organizational, process, and tool changes.
• Implement and support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Monitor performance indicators, analyze discrepancies, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with QHSE standards in collaboration with teams.
• Coordinate effectively with Supply Chain, Maintenance, Quality, R&D, and other departments.
• Manage OPEX budgets and human resources for the department, and contribute to CAPEX projects.
• Supervise production schedules and ensure adequacy between workload, resources, and available means.
• Lead daily production meetings.

We are looking for a candidate with a Bac+5 degree, with at least 5 years of experience in managing production teams in a similar role, ideally in a demanding industrial environment. You combine operational vision, decision-making skills, and strong presence on the ground.

• Solid experience in managing production teams.
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit and like to drive projects forward with autonomy and pragmatism.
• Mastery of continuous improvement tools: 5S, SMED, TPM, KPI.
• Good knowledge of industrial environments and control parameters.
• Good level of English, both spoken and written.
• Leadership, sense of responsibility, and results-driven culture.
• Organization, rigor, autonomy, and initiative.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, diplomacy, teaching ability, and team spirit.
• Ability to manage complex or urgent situations with calmness and pragmatism.
