Shipping & Receiving Associate

• Base Pay $19.00 - $22.00 / Hour
• Other Compensation Annual discretionary bonus;

• Build and prep pallets for shipment
• Load and unload trailers
• Ship all the orders on time (same day) and create accurate tallies for all outbound shipments
• Adhere to our Quality Compliance standards and record compliance data for all shipments (cover #, date, model, etc.)
• Maintain Daily Inventory and supply factory with necessary materials
• Report out daily mattress or foundation requirements
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse
• Special orders (Canada or LTL) need to be wrapped, palletized, and labeled properly
• Other tasks as assigned by supervisor or manager

• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Forklift/ Reach truck experience preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with the team
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time

• High school diploma or equivalent

Perform an array of functions that may include receiving & processing incoming stock and materials, as well as picking and fulfilling orders from stock.
