Guest Service Supervisor

Job Summary

Our Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) is responsible for accomplishing store objectives by supervising staff and organizing and monitoring work processes directed by management.

• Supervise employees to ensure they perform all duties as directed by management.
• Coach staff by providing constructive feedback to improve task performance.
• Greet guests and deliver an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store operations policies and procedures.
• Operate the point of sale in accordance with corporate standards and maintain proper cash levels.
• Perform all store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash removal).
• Guarantee 24/7 execution of all guest service programs and processes.
• Manage cash processes including deposit preparation, lottery, gift cards, and checks when applicable.
• Replenish products to maintain in‑stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints.
• Check in external and internal vendors in accordance with established guidelines.

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to access all store areas, including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
• Physical capability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, and lift up to 25 lb during a shift.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Reliable transportation.
• Efficient, organized, and committed to providing excellent guest service.

Pay Range: $16.50 – $19.50 per hour. Final offer is based on experience, skills, and location. The company reserves the right to modify base salary.
