Overview
This is a full‑time opportunity for a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable applications that power key business functions and deliver reliable user experiences. You will contribute across the entire software development lifecycle, working closely with product partners and engineering teams to bring high‑quality solutions from concept through production.
This role is best suited for someone who enjoys technical ownership and mentoring others while working on complex systems. Required Skills & Experience- Five to seven years of professional software engineering experience using modern programming languages
- Strong understanding of core software development principles including object‑oriented design and system architecture
- Experience building and delivering complex applications in a team environment
- Proven ability to mentor junior and mid‑level engineers
- Ability to write clear technical documentation and specifications
- Strong debugging and problem‑solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience
- Experience working in regulated industries such as financial services or insurance
- Familiarity with policy or billing systems
- Exposure to Guidewire technologies or relevant certifications
- Experience evaluating and implementing new tools or frameworks
