A respected CPA firm in Webster, NY is seeking an experienced accounting and tax professional to join its team.
Founded in 1997, the firm has built its reputation around Experience, Knowledge and Trust, working closely with clients as a long-term resource rather than simply providing transactional accounting services. Its team provides tax, consulting, and outsourced accounting services to clients with a wide range of needs.
Key Responsibilities- Individual and business tax preparation
- Complex tax matters involving closely held businesses
- Trust, estate and gift tax work
- Tax planning, projections and research
- Financial statements and accounting support
- Bookkeeping, payroll and sales tax
- Business formation and entity structure considerations
- Direct client communication and advisory
- Supporting clients with ongoing accounting and financial needs
- Public accounting and tax experience
- Strong individual and business tax background
- Experience with complex returns and/or HNW clients
- Trust and estate tax experience is a plus
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied client base
- CPA or EA credentials are a plus
