Salary:
Hourly wage will be determined at the time of employment and based on the current AEOP current contract.
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
- Able to independently perform complex assignments; able to draft correspondence, reports and documents related to activities
- Renders good judgment in handling confidential material and information
- Demonstrates outstanding computer skills including a thorough knowledge of electronic mail, Microsoft Office, Google Docs and Infinite Campus
- Must possess excellent organizational skills, writing skills and communication skills
- Demonstrates ability to relate well with students, parents and staff
Responsibilities:
- Preparing a variety of letters, forms, memos, and reports
- Updating and maintaining records and files, handling dated information
- Making arrangements for appointments and meetings
- Creating and maintaining written correspondence
- Greeting all visitors and answering incoming phone calls
