Requirements:
Must have NYS Certification as a K-6 or 1-6 Childhood Teacher

Position Summary:

The successful candidate will support the work of classroom teachers and the implementation of the elementary instructional curriculum. We strongly welcome candidates with the following qualifications: strong instructional design skills, clear and concise communicator, strong knowledge of instructional technology, effectively collaborate with staff, exemplify the WCSD vision, core beliefs, and essential skills. Candidates must have knowledge and understanding of child growth and development, effective instructional strategies, classroom management, learning assessment and diagnosis, and research related to learning.

Responsibilities:
The TOSA Instructional Specialist will work with elementary teachers, supporting the implementation of curriculum and professional learning.

Salary:
As per current Webster Teachers Contract as well as education and experience.
