LPN, LPN​/LVN, RN Nurse

Rochester Regional Health is seeking a compassionate LPN to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative clinical setting. In this role, you will administer medications and treatments, monitor and document patient status, and support providers in delivering comprehensive healthcare services. Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of RNs and physicians
• Administer medications and treatments following clinical protocols
• Monitor, document, and report patient conditions and vital signs
• Assist with patient assessments, procedures, and care plans
• Educate patients and families on treatments, medications, and self-care
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support care goals
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
• Support a diverse, inclusive, and compassionate patient environment
• Participate in ongoing training and quality improvement initiatives
