Provide prompt and courteous service to members while maintaining safety and sanitation standards;
Maintain accurate inventory counts and follow count processes;
Process damaged or defective merchandise, including salvage, donations, vendor returns, and reverse logistics;
Obtain return authorizations from vendors and process vendor chargebacks and returns per policy;
Conduct daily safety walks and support the Inventory Control Count Team to meet deadlines
