Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a retail location;
Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions;
Monitor access points, observe customer and associate activity, and follow post instructions related to loss prevention support, closing procedures, and/or after-hours checks
