Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor access and visitor activity, verify authorized entry as directed by site procedures, and report unusual conditions or policy violations;
Document patrols, incidents, observations, and shift activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements
