Primary PurposeAssist the Maintenance Department coordinate technician response to routine and emergency work orders. Document and process material purchases through CMMS. Communicate daily with supervisors concerning work order requests; perform other clerical duties as needed.
QualificationsEducation/Certification/Licensure
- High school diploma or GED
Special Knowledge/Skills
Effective communication, customer service, interpersonal skills, strong organizational and file maintenance skills.
Ability to multi-task and work with little supervision
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites
Competent in basic math and bookkeeping
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Experience in school district operations
Major Responsibilities and Duties- Receive and redirect incoming telephone calls, take reliable messages, and route to appropriate staff member.
- Greet visitors to the Central Support Facility, determine what assistance is needed and provide appropriate assistance/information or direct to appropriate office or department.
- Serve as the security check point and notify liaison officers and/or appropriate administrators if necessary.
- Ensure all incoming letters, documents, and packages are routed to correct maintenance personnel.
- Assist maintenance supervisors document and process all purchases made through computer maintenance management systems.
- Assist maintenance supervisors with contractor invoice processing and billing reconciliation.
- File all posted work orders and correspondence on a weekly basis.
- Assist maintenance supervisors contact campus administrators to provide critical repair updates during emergency situations.
- Assist maintenance department with contractor badging requirements.
- Assist in district standard reunification incidents at the direction of the unit commander or designee.

- Perform other duties and accept other responsibilities as assigned.
