Qualifications and Requirements

  • Accommodating and analytical, producing highly precise and accurate work

  • Prior automotive technician (mechanic) experience preferred
  • ASE or dealership manufacturer certifications highly preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S. with a valid in‑state driver's license and a good driving record, per company standards

Responsibilities

Perform efficient and expert work on repair orders in accordance with dealership, state, and factory standards.

Address customers’ primary concerns with diagnosis, repair, and quality control to achieve a ‘Fixed First Visit’ expectation.

Conduct Ken Garff Electronic Multi‑Point Inspection and video on every vehicle; immediately notify the Service Advisor if the vehicle requires additional recommendations or more time to complete the repair.

Master the Dealer Management System (DMS) for work distribution, electronic inspections, repair quotes, communication, and time keeping.

Complete required training as assigned.

Maintain cleanliness throughout the workspace and in all customer vehicles.
