The Business Administrator for NASA HUNCH is responsible for supporting the NASA HUNCH Program’s leadership, finances (procurement, budgeting, reporting), and day‑to‑day administrative operations including scheduling, travel, and meeting coordination. The position reports to the Program Manager and is part of the NASA HUNCH team based in Webster, Texas. This role is hybrid (onsite/offsite).
In This Role, The Essential Functions Are- The role supports procurement needs, including new contracts and purchase orders.
- It assists with forecasts, comprehensive budgeting, and long‑range financial planning deliverables.
- It supports financial reporting compliance and responds to audit requests as needed.
- It performs ad hoc analysis, reporting, and other assigned duties.
- On the program side, it directly supports HUNCH Program leadership and serves as the liaison between program team members and company functions like HR and Accounting.
- It also collaborates with various teams affiliated with the Program.
- Administratively, it provides full‑service support to the HUNCH leadership team, including scheduling internal and external meetings, organizing high‑level events, and arranging domestic and international travel with detailed itineraries.
- Finally, it handles timely expense reporting and tracks meeting discussions with follow‑up action items.

Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university required, in either Accounting/Finance or Business Management or experience in lieu of degree.
- 4+ years of related experience in Administrative/Program Support.
- Prior experience supporting C‑Suite or executive positions, preferably 8+ years.
- Ability to work with accounting systems or ERPs (e.g., Net Suite, SAP, Oracle) to identify, troubleshoot, and understand financials.
- Ability to build PowerPoint charts and slides.
