Overview
Guest Services are the first step in setting a fun and positive tone for the Guest's experience. These Team Members are welcoming and go above and beyond to create a positive experience for our Guests. One of the number one responsibilities is to sell – not the most expensive package, but to communicate the value of park offerings and find the best fit for our Guests, thereby providing the best service.
Schedule& Shift Type
Monday‑Friday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Full‑time (consistent weekday hours)
Responsibilities- Assist customers and clients
- Perform general daily operations
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Other duties as needed
- Sell park passes and Memberships, and upsell Guests
- Instruct Guests to watch the safety video before jumping and ensure everyone receives proper wristbands
- Ensure waivers are properly completed
- Work hard to make the park a better place and bring a helpful personality to the team
- Strive to create a positive Guest experience for every Guest
- Know park offerings, programs, pricing, promotions, and upcoming events
- Proactively greet Guests and walk them through the check‑in process
- Handle transactions in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure all Guests are aware of the park, its different areas, and other park offerings
- Complete transactions and run the café when necessary
- Restock socks, wristbands, merchandise, café products, and other items during downtime
- Organize POS stations, clean Guest areas, bathrooms, and café seating, and complete the nightly Guest Services cleaning checklist
- Other duties as assigned

$10.00 – $11.00 per hour
