Essential Job Functions
The physician will provide comprehensive inpatient and/or outpatient palliative care services at the Clear Lake campus, including symptom management, goals-of-care discussions, and interdisciplinary care coordination. Responsibilities include supervising and teaching medical students, residents, and fellows; participating in the development and growth of palliative care services at this location; and engaging in scholarly activities such as education, program development, quality improvement, and research initiatives.
The physician will also actively participate in departmental and institutional educational programs.
Board certification in primary specialty, Board certification or Board eligibility in Hospice and Palliative Medicine, Palliative Medicine Fellowship training or other comparable experience.
SalaryCommensurate with experience.
