Pediatric Emergency Medicine Clinician – Texas ER

Envision, America’s leading medical group, seeks a Pediatric Emergency Medicine clinician for ER work in Texas.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position requiring 50 hours of physician coverage per week with the following shifts: 6a‑4p, 8a‑6p, 2p‑12a, 4p‑2a, 9p‑6a, and 12p‑8p (Surge Shift). The role includes 24/7 in‑house PICU care with pediatric subspecialty support and serves approximately 32 pediatric patients per day, averaging an annual volume of 18,000 cases.

• Provide Level II trauma designation and acute trauma care.
• Collaborate with subspecialties including cardiology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, genetics, infectious diseases, neonatology, nephrology, neurology, neurosurgery, pulmonology, ophthalmology, orthopedics, otolaryngology (ear, nose, and throat), surgery, anesthesiology, and urology.
• Operate under active Texas medical license and completed fellowship in Pediatric Emergency Medicine.
