Iman Academy Southeast is seeking a passionate, dedicated, and qualified full-time Middle School English Language Arts (ELA) Teacher for the 2026–2027 academic year

The ideal candidate will create a positive, engaging, and structured classroom environment that promotes academic excellence, character development, and student growth. The teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality instruction while building strong partnerships with colleagues, parents, and school leadership.

• Plan and deliver high-quality classroom instruction for middle school students.
• Develop engaging lesson plans aligned with academic standards and curriculum requirements.
• Assess and monitor student progress while supporting individual learning needs.
• Maintain effective classroom management and encourage positive student behavior.
• Collaborate with teachers and administration to support school-wide goals and initiatives.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and development.

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field from an accredited university.
• Texas Teaching Certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of teaching experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Familiarity with Islamic culture and values preferred.
