Child Care teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Daycare Teacher to join our team in Webster, TX. In this role, you will create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where young children can learn, play, and grow. You will partner with families to support each child's unique developmental journey and prepare them for future academic success.

• Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that foster cognitive, social, and emotional development.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment adhering to state licensing standards.
• Observe and assess student progress, providing regular updates and reports to parents.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility or preschool setting.
• Valid CPR and First Aid certifications, or willingness to obtain them upon hire.

• Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education.
• Knowledge of Texas Minimum Standards for childcare centers.

Able to keep good attendance and timeliness

Able to successfully run and control a classroom

Able to follow and teach curriculum

Able to work well with others

High School Diploma/GED or higher education

Clear criminal history

At least 2 years of experience in a licensed childcare facility in Texas

Driving our vans is a plus (Clear driving record needed)
