JSC Air Program Manager

Navarro Research and Engineering is recruiting a JSC Air Program Manager (3858) in Webster, TX.

• Lead and manage air quality and emissions compliance programs
• Oversee Title V permitting, compliance, and reporting activities
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local air regulations
• Provide technical direction and regulatory interface support

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Environmental Engineering (or Environmental Science, Biology, Chemistry, Geology, Earth Science with sufficient air program experience)
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Title V permit compliance and air quality consulting
• Experience with TCEQ non‑attainment area regulations
• Experience with Asbestos NESHAP and ozone‑depleting substance (ODS) requirements
