As a Lead Radiologic Technologist at HCA Healthcare, you’ll play an imperative role in guiding a team that delivers safe, accurate, and patient‑centered imaging every day. You’ll mentor technologists, optimize workflows, and ensure the team has the tools and support to perform with confidence. • Leading the imaging team and mentoring technologists to deliver safe, high‑quality patient care
• Guiding patients through imaging procedures with compassion, comfort, and confidence
• Operating advanced radiography equipment and administering contrast media while ensuring radiation safety
• Maintaining and calibrating instruments, supplies, and equipment for accurate and efficient imaging
• Collaborating with radiologists, nurses, and the care team to support smooth workflows and excellent patient outcomes

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• (ARRT‑R) Radiography
• (RT) Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer
• Associate Degree, or Vocational School Graduate

Bay Area Surgicare Center is located in Webster, Texas. We serve the residents of Harris County since 1979. We perform over 600 cases a month. Services include ENT, Endoscopy, Colorectal, GYN, Ophthalmology, Orthopedic, Pain Management, Podiatry, Urology, Plastic and Reconstructive specialties. Our AAAHC accredited center.
