Must-Have:
Candidates must have chemotherapy/biotherapy administration experience.
Candidates must have Bone Marrow Transplant experience.
Candidates must have hematology experience.

Description:

This unit has a total of 8 beds and is staffed by 15 personnel.
The patient-to-nurse ratio is 4:1 during the night shift.
The unit focuses on blood cancer and bone marrow transplant care.
Typical procedures performed include chemotherapy and biotherapy administration, bone marrow transplants, blood administration, and cardiac monitoring.
The ideal candidate will be compassionate, resilient, collaborative, detail-oriented, a critical thinker, and a team player.
Preferred qualifications include ONCC Oncology Certified Nurse Certification and ACLS certification.
Staffing consists of one charge nurse and two registered nurses per night shift.
This position requires rotating weekends.
