• Interpret orders and transcribe or verify orders into pharmacy computer system.
• Accurately compound and dispense pharmaceuticals.
• Comply with facility policy, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor drug therapy regimens for contraindications, interactions, allergies and appropriateness.
• Provide clinical consultation and clarification to practitioners.
• Suggest cost‑effective therapeutic alternatives.
• Sustain the hospital formulary and minimize non‑formulary procurements.
• Attend daily multidisciplinary rounds.
• Support formulary decision process working with medical staff.

• Completion of PGY‑1 and PGY‑2 in Oncology OR
• Completion of PGY‑1 with clinical experience in Hematology/Oncology and BCOP OR
• At least 4 years of clinical oncology experience required.
