Child Autism Therapist (Bachelors Degree Required)

• Schedule:
  
  Monday‑Friday, 8am‑5pm (flexible Saturdays as needed).
• Location:
  
  16441 Space Center Blvd, Building A, Suite 200, Houston, TX, 77058.
• Position Type:

• Work one‑on‑one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play‑based ABA therapy.
• Follow individualized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Use play, movement, reading, games, and hands‑on activities to teach skills.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team and occasionally support nearby clinics.
• Watch a Behavior Technician at work:

• At least 18 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, child development, health sciences, or a related field.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and remain active during sessions.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Comfortable with frequent sitting, standing, crouching, and floor work.
• Team‑mindset to support other clinics when needed.

• Guaranteed full‑time hours.

• Salary: $15–$24 per hour with a Bachelor’s degree.
