ABA Apprentice – Behavioral Innovations
Step into your BCBA career with a structured apprenticeship that bridges graduate study and independent practice. You will log supervised hours, receive a tailored study plan, and work directly with experienced BCBAs to develop clinical judgment.
Compensation- Texas & Oklahoma: $25 per hour
- Virginia, Maryland, Colorado: $28.50 per hour
- North Carolina: $27 per hour
- Paid restricted and unrestricted fieldwork hours
- 15 days PTO + 7 paid holidays
- Paid CPR/BLS certification

- Completion of a BACB verified Masters/Post Graduate coursework sequence within the last 6 months
- Active RBT certification
- At least 60% of BACB supervision requirements completed
Reliable transportation
- Assist with indirect supervision tasks for a mini caseload of learners
- Conduct therapy with clients on assigned BCBAs’ respective caseloads
- Support BCBAs in staff and caregiver training
- Assist BCBA with parent communication and analyze client data
- Research literature related to client programs
- Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by others
- Complete monthly mock exams
- Follow a tailored BCBA readiness plan
