Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to support clinical and administrative operations in our outpatient clinic, assisting providers with patient care, examinations, and diagnostic workflows. The role ensures a high‑quality patient experience.

• Prepare patient charts and pull notes before arrival.
• Perform routine patient care tasks, including vital sign measurement, specimen collection, and basic wound care.
• Assist with examinations, diagnostic procedures, and data entry into electronic health records.
• Maintain and organize clinical supplies and equipment.
• Provide technical, supportive, age‑specific, and developmentally appropriate patient care functions.
• Collaborate with nursing, physician, and allied health staff to optimize patient flow.

• Certified or Registered Medical Assistant with national accreditation (AAMA, AMT, NCCT, NHA or equivalent).
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and basic office software.
• Adherence to infection control protocols and HIPAA guidelines.
