* Assists licensed physical and occupational therapist, physical, occupational therapy assistants, and students in all aspects of treatment in order to maximize each patient's functional ability.

** JOB DUTIES*
* + Transfers and transports patients in a safe and timely manner

+ While under direct supervision of the treating therapist, the rehabilitation aide will assist with direct patient care relative to patient's age, culture, and condition

+ Communicates verbally and in written form with therapists, assistants, students, customers, volunteers and other aides to maintain efficient workflow.

+ Maintains linen, disinfects equipment, sterilizes equipment, and tracks reusable supplies.

+ Maintains clean working environment.

+ Receives, distributes, and restocks supplies.

+ Performs related duties as required.

+ Files, answers and makes telephone calls, performs departmental copying.
