Pflugerville, Georgetown, Hutto, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Leander, and North Austin. Pay: $81,000 – $102,000 per year;

We're searching for an Occupational Therapist (OT) who shares our passion for empowering children to reach their fullest potential through playful, creative, and meaningful therapy — all while enjoying the flexibility and encouragement of a truly family-first team.
What You'll Do:- Help kids build confidence and independence by improving sensory, fine motor, and self-care skills
- Design playful, personalized treatment plans that make therapy fun and effective
- Work closely with parents, caregivers, and our amazing therapy team to celebrate every milestone
- Share easy-to-use home activities and tips to keep progress going outside of sessions
- Keep documentation accurate and up to date in our straightforward EMR system
- You've completed an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- You hold (or are eligible for) a Texas OT license
- You're NBCOT certified (or soon will be!)
- You have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Most importantly, you have a heart for helping kids and families achieve their goals
Pay Range: $81,000–$102,000 per year Flexible Scheduling:
