Job Summary

Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse (RN) position located in Webster, Texas. This role involves providing specialist neonatal patient care in a high-acuity environment within a busy healthcare facility. The position requires the ability to work night shifts within a 12-hour shift schedule, with a minimum of 36 hours per week, starting on August 31, 2026.

Job Details
  • Schedule:

    Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications:

    RN licensure, minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience, location requirements in the state of Texas, and possession of certifications such as NRP.
  • Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience with central lines (UAC, UVC, broviacs, PICC, etc.), STABLE certification, and experience performing procedures such as IV starts and PICC insertions (trained clinicians).
  • Float:
    Float rotation may be required.
  • Additional Information:
    Candidates should be team players, self-motivators, and possess a calm demeanor suited to neonatal patient care. The unit employs EMR systems including Meditech and CPIN, with a focus on baby safety and family-centered care. Dress code requires royal blue scrubs, and no artificial nails are allowed. The role includes coverage for weekends and occasional on-call duties, with a minimum of four weekend shifts per schedule.
