A leading educational institution in Texas is seeking entry-level technical support personnel responsible for providing basic technical support for desktop computers and applications. Responsibilities include hardware and software troubleshooting, assisting installation and configuration of equipment, and ensuring optimal workstation performance. Candidates with an associate's degree or equivalent and experience supporting Windows 11 and Office 365 are preferred. This on-site role operates Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
