Position Overview:
KULR is seeking a highly experienced, hands-on Net Suite Architect / Senior Consultant to lead a strategic 6-9-month initiative to redesign and optimize our Net Suite environment in support of the company's evolving manufacturing, engineering, and commercial operations. This role will serve as the technical and functional lead responsible for assessing the current state of Net Suite, identifying architectural gaps, and implementing scalable solutions that align with KULR's operational model and long-term growth objectives.

Limited ongoing support may be provided through a post-engagement retainer relationship focused on incident resolution and continuous improvement.
Functions:

* Evaluate and document the existing Net Suite environment, including item master data, bill of materials (BOMs), work orders, procurement processes, financial transactions, customizations, workflows, and third-party integrations.
* Develop and execute a strategic Net Suite optimization roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact, implementation effort, risk, and operational dependencies.
* Lead the redesign and implementation of item master and part-number architecture to improve data integrity, support multi-vendor sourcing, and enhance inventory visibility and management.
* Establish scalable BOM, product configuration, and revision-control strategies that support engineering, manufacturing, procurement, compliance, and production requirements.
* Design and implement inventory management best practices, including common-stock inventory classification, min/max levels, reorder points, economic order quantities (EOQ), and warehouse optimization processes.
* Improve financial and operational reporting accuracy by optimizing cost-center structures, project accounting, work-order costing, fixed asset management, and R&D versus cost-of-goods-sold (COGS) attribution.
* Re-engineer purchasing, requisition, and approval workflows to support organizational growth, strengthen internal controls, improve user adoption, and increase operational efficiency.
* Configure and deploy Net Suite demand planning, reporting, dashboards, and analytics solutions that provide actionable insights for Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering,…
