HCA Houston Healthcare Clear Lake is seeking a Technical Analyst to implement and support facility and division desktop equipment. As the primary technical resource, you will respond to end user incidents and requests reported to the Service Desk and participate in 24x7 on-call support as required.
You will analyze, provide hands-on support for simple to moderate issues, perform MACs, maintain incident documentation, and escalate complex problems per procedures.
