This is a full‑time hybrid role located in Webster, TX, with opportunities for some work‑from‑home flexibility. As an Insurance Agent, you will assist clients by understanding their needs, providing insurance and financial solutions, and building long‑term relationships. Daily responsibilities include consulting with clients, explaining various insurance policies, handling claims, and staying informed of industry updates to ensure the best possible service.

• Strong proficiency in Insurance, Insurance Sales, and Insurance Brokerage
• Basic understanding of Finance and financial planning
• Excellent Customer Service and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Self‑motivated with strong organizational and time‑management abilities
• Willingness to obtain relevant insurance licensing and complete required training
• Prior experience in sales or the insurance industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
