This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Lines Agent, located in Webster, TX. The Person al Lines Agent is responsible for providing personalized insurance service and advice to clients, including evaluating needs, offering coverage options, and securing policies. Daily tasks include policy processing, responding to client inquiries, maintaining client records, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Additionally, the candidate will identify opportunities to retain and grow the client base through effective communication, customer service, and relationship management.

• Experience in insurance sales, client consultation, and policy management
• Strong communication skills, relationship-building expertise, and client-focused service mentality
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with maintaining accurate records
• Proficiency in insurance tools, technology, and software applications
• Ability to understand insurance regulations and ensure compliance
• Texas Property and Casualty Insurance license is required
• Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus
• Proven ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
