Accounting Manager

TW Work Solutions is partnering with a premier, locally owned high-end jewelry boutique to identify a highly organized and experienced Accounting & Office Manager to oversee financial operations and daily administrative functions.

Our client is known for exceptional craftsmanship, exclusive collections, and a white-glove client experience. They are seeking a professional who can bring the same level of precision, discretion, and excellence to both accounting and office management.

• Oversee daily accounting operations (GL, AP/AR, payroll)
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting
• Lead inventory accounting for high-value merchandise
• Monitor cash flow, margins, and sales performance
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal controls
• Partner closely with ownership on financial strategy
• Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative processes
• Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and office supplies
• Coordinate payroll processing and employee records
• Support HR functions including onboarding and benefits administration
• Maintain internal policies and operational procedures
• Ensure a professional, organized, and efficient office environment

✔ 5+ years of accounting experience (retail or luxury preferred)

✔ Strong inventory accounting expertise

✔ Experience managing office operations and administrative functions

✔ Proficiency with accounting software & POS systems

✔ Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and discretion
