ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Works under the Head of Marketing, collaborates with the marketing / sales team to create, update, and distribute marketing materials and content for channel partners, ensuring they have the latest brand-compliant resources, product information, and promotional tools to effectively promote the ARI-Armaturen brand.
- Develop and manage the social media calendar; create, schedule, publish, and monitor engaging posts across platforms while tracking performance and engagement.
- Assist the Head of Marketing with event support for trade shows, conferences, customer events, and internal training (e.g., preparing materials, coordinating vendors, gathering assets, and providing logistical assistance as directed).
- Capture photos and basic videography at product demonstrations and facility tours for use in marketing materials, social media, and presentations.
- Design, create, and maintain professional PowerPoint presentations for sales support, customer visits, training courses, trade shows, and executive reporting.
- Manage marketing projects end-to-end using Asana/Hub Spot including setting timelines, assigning tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring on-time delivery.
- Oversee inventory, organization, and distribution of marketing materials (brochures, collateral, giveaways, digital assets, PowerPoint decks) and valve demonstration units; ensure stock levels, brand compliance, condition, and timely shipments for sales and client needs.
- Function as the primary local contact for marketing initiatives.
- Support content creation/customization, campaign deployment, and provide performance reporting for social media and marketing activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced marketing coordination or similar role (preferably in B2B or industrial environments).
- Proven experience managing social media calendars, creating/posting content, event support, logistics coordination, and photography.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Photoshop.
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana and Hub Spot.
- Strong organizational skills, diligence, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Positive, collaborative attitude with excellent people skills and commitment to continuous learning.
