Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM; schedule includes every other weekend (day shift)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

• Provide high-quality, compassionate med-surg nursing care for telemetry-capable and stable cardiac patients
• Monitor and interpret telemetry data and respond appropriately to patient changes
• Document patient care accurately and promptly in the Meditech EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate safe, efficient patient care
• Manage patient assignments at the unit’s typical 1:6 ratio while prioritizing safety and outcomes
• Participate in shift handoffs and communicate clear, actionable updates to the next team
• Contribute to a positive unit culture by being punctual, reliable, and team-oriented

• Active RN license (required)
• Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience (as stated)
• Experience in Med-Surg nursing and telemetry (listed as core skills)
• Familiarity with Meditech EMR preferred
• Energetic, reliable, drama-free team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Required certifications: none (per job posting)

• Med-Surg patient care with telemetry monitoring and cardiac observation
• Proficiency with Meditech electronic medical records
• Strong clinical assessment and prioritization skills
• Effective communication and teamwork in a multidisciplinary setting
