As a Travel RN at our LTAC facility, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to medically fragile patients who may be recovering from severe illness, trauma, surgery, or chronic medical conditions. This role requires flexibility, a keen understanding of acute care practices, and the ability to adapt quickly to new environments.
Requirements- RN license in State of Assignment or compact license
- 1 year of Medical Surgical or 1 year of LTAC experience
- Must have BLS, ACLS (preferred), IV Certification or equivalent
- Immunizations: TB, Covid & Flu
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures following LTAC protocols and standards.
- Monitor and respond to changes in patients' conditions, implementing interventions as needed.
- Maintain clear, accurate, and timely patient records.
- Educate patients and their families on the management of ongoing health conditions, treatments, and discharge planning.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, policies, and protocols to maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients.
