Inpatient Rehabilitation Registered Nurse

As a Registered Nurse, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for assigned patients, maintain Standards of Practice, manage personnel, supplies, and equipment, participate in quality improvement, instruct patients/families, handle admission paperwork, attend patient care conferences, and charge the unit as needed.

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred).
• Current Registered Nurse License in Texas or Multi‑State Compact License (must obtain Texas RN license within 90 days).
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical rehabilitation experience as an RN.
