Job SummaryWe are seeking a Nurse Manager (RN) Cardiac Cath Lab to lead our team and ensure high‑quality, efficient care for all patients. We are looking for an individual who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do.
What You Will Do- Assist the Director with all department activities, ensuring coordinated effort in fulfilling department responsibilities aligned with the facility’s long‑range plan, mission, vision, and values.
- Coordinate the department’s participation in Performance Improvement activities to assure continuous quality improvement.
- Ensure nursing care is based on the nursing process and evaluate its effectiveness on an ongoing basis.
- Provide clinical support to the nursing staff.
- Assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating care for patients in the Cardiac Cath Lab.
- 3 years of experience in an acute‑care setting (preferred).
- Prior Cath Lab experience (preferred).
- 1 year of management or Charge Nurse experience (required).
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (required).
- Current Registered Nurse License in Texas or a Multi‑State Compact License (must obtain Texas RN License within 90 days).
- Current American Heart Association BLS Certification (required).
- ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire.
