Licensed Vocational Nurse; LVN Clear Lake South Rehab

Position Overview

LPN/LVN (Licensed Practical Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse) will provide appropriate nursing care directed by an RN on the nursing unit. Responsibilities include gathering and reporting data, carrying out orders, performing therapeutic procedures, and other related duties as assigned or requested.

Provide nursing care in accordance with policies, procedures, and guidelines of PAM Health. Gather and report patient data, carry out care orders, perform therapeutic procedures appropriate to age and population, and collaborate with RN and other healthcare staff.

• Current licensure as LPN/LVN in the state where the hospital resides or compact licensure if applicable.
• Current BLS certification required; AHA‑approved BLS within 90 days of employment.
• Current IV certification required within 90 days of employment if state regulations dictate.

One year of inpatient medical‑surgical nursing experience preferred but not required.
