Overview
Aspire Fertility Houston is a high‑volume infertility practice seeking a caring, compassionate CMA, LVN, or RN with attention to detail for their Clear Lake office.
Hours7:45 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday; no weekends and only one holiday worked per year.
Responsibilities- Coordinate all infertility diagnostic tests and treatment plans between patients and physicians.
- Perform routine examinations, procedures, phlebotomy and administer medications.
- Conduct telephone triage with patients regarding medications, treatment plans and test results.
- Provide patient care through ovulation induction, egg freezing, sperm analysis, IVF, and oocyte donation.
- Maintain ongoing communication between the physician and the patient.
- Counsel patients on infertility treatment protocols.
- Communicate physician orders and instructions.
- Maintain calm and respond appropriately to stressful situations.
- Ensure accurate and timely communication of lab results to patients.
- Apply knowledge of examination, diagnostic and treatment room procedures related to fertility.
- Keep accurate charting and documentation of nursing actions.
- Adhere to OSHA, FDA, and HIPAA compliance requirements.
- CMA certification or LVN or RN license, valid in Texas, from an accredited nursing program.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of medical experience.
