USPI is seeking a Pre‑op Registered Nurse to advocate for patients and ensure quality care before surgery at our Webster, Texas facility. The nurse will collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists and the health care team to prepare patients aged geriatric to adolescent, verifying allergies, medications, consent, and readiness for the operating room.
You will monitor vitals, start IVs where ordered, provide pre‑operative education, document care accurately, and participate in CQI activities.
