RN – Cath Lab

Overview

Atlas Med Staff, Axis Medical Staffing, Host Healthcare, and several other travel nursing agencies are recruiting registered nurses for a variety of travel assignments in Webster, TX. Roles include Interventional Radiology RN, Radiology RN, Labor & Delivery RN, Home Health RN, Charge Nurse, and Cardiovascular Operating Room RN. Assignments are 13‑week contracts with 5‑day or 3‑day shifts, pay ranging from $25.00 to $38.00 hourly or weekly rates of $2,300–$2,400, and standard travel nursing benefits.

• Provide comprehensive RN care in Interventional Radiology and Radiology departments across multiple labs (up to six labs).
• Develop and manage individualized care plans for patients, ensuring safety and quality outcomes.
• Act as patient advocate, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver continuity of care.
• Perform procedures and support staff in cardiac catheterization suites, EP labs, and surgical settings.
• Maintain accurate documentation, charting, and compliance with regulations in travel assignments.
• Support labor and delivery processes, including monitoring fetal status and assisting newborn care.
• Provide home health nursing services per scheduled visits and patient needs.
• Serve as charge nurse, overseeing staffing, patient flow, and quality metrics during assigned shifts.
• Perform cardiovascular OR nursing tasks, including instrument setup and intra‑operative monitoring.

• Active RN license in Texas.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required for all roles).
• Minimum 1–2 years of recent acute or specialty care experience (required for Radiology and Interventional Radiology positions).
• Experience in cardiac cath, structural, or EP labs preferred for interventional roles.
• Labor & Delivery experience preferred for delivery RN assignments.
• Home health experience a plus for home health RN positions.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient advocacy skills.

• Company will match 50% of travel stipend up to the first 6 months.
