• You will be responsible for rounding on units within the facility to strengthen and promote relationships between staff and the Quality Department.
• You will facilitate the growth of hospital knowledge regarding quality and high reliability, including the dissemination and implementation of best practices across the facility.
• You will participate in and coordinate activities for Performance Improvement Committees, including meeting preparation, setting agendas, writing minutes and following up with action items.
• You will perform regular analysis of facility quality performance data and plan steps based on data analysis for ongoing improvement.

• Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi‑State Compact License (employees with RN Compact License are required to obtain a Texas RN License within 90 days of hire date).
• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing is required.
• BSN preferred.
• 3 years of RN experience in an acute care setting.
• Quality RN experience preferred.
• Detail oriented.
• Good computer skills – Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
