Job Summary and Qualifications What You Will Do In Your Role:- You will be responsible for rounding on units within the facility to strengthen and promote relationships between staff and the Quality Department.
- You will facilitate the growth of hospital knowledge regarding quality and high reliability, including the dissemination and implementation of best practices across the facility.
- You will participate in and coordinate activities for Performance Improvement Committees, including meeting preparation, setting agendas, writing minutes and following up with action items.
- You will perform regular analysis of facility quality performance data and plan steps based on data analysis for ongoing improvement.
- Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi‑State Compact License (employees with RN Compact License are required to obtain a Texas RN License within 90 days of hire date).
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing is required.
- BSN preferred.
- 3 years of RN experience in an acute care setting.
- Quality RN experience preferred.
- Detail oriented.
- Good computer skills – Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
