As a Registered Nurse RN Outpatient Infusion BMT, your voice to influence patient care is valued and empowered at every turn –whether through open, collaborative relationships with your direct manager or more formal opportunities through hospital councils and national nursing initiatives. You'll help shape decisions that elevate both patient outcomes and the future of nursing.

• You will implement evidence-based practices to enhance patient safety and quality outcomes.
• Compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement teaching plans for patients concerning health promotion, maintenance, and restoration.
• Ensures patients/donors and their caregivers are educated on the procedure being performed, emphasizing reporting signs or symptoms of reactions related to the procedure.
• Applies principles of FACT related to specific transplant-related care to develop a comprehensive understanding of the care needs of cellular therapy patients. This includes, but is not limited to, administration of preparative regimens, supportive therapies and care interventions to manage chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and cellular therapy complications.
• Ensures patients/donors and their caregivers are educated on the procedure being performed, emphasizing reporting signs or symptoms of reactions related to the procedure.

• Basic Cardiac Life Support
• (RN) Registered Nurse
• Associate Degree in Nursing
• 1 year RN Oncology Infusion experience required / 3+ years preferred
