ResponsibilitiesSupport the Community Manager in driving daily property performance and resident satisfaction.
Manage incoming leasing inquiries via Elise AI, phone, email, and walk‑ins; conduct tours and close prospects with confidence.
Lead renewal efforts, distributing renewal offers and conducting follow‑ups to strengthen resident relationships.
Coordinate resident engagement activities such as raffles, newsletters, and community events to build connection and culture.
Oversee rent collection, communicating consistently with delinquent residents and assisting with payment plans as needed.
Review applications and leases for accuracy, ensuring all records are complete and compliant.
Walk the property regularly to identify safety or cleanliness issues, and assist in coordinating maintenance needs.
Support month‑end reconciliation and ensure recurring charges reflect lease terms.
Step in when needed to provide operational stability and leadership in the Community Manager’s absence.
