Oversee daily property operations, manage marketing, maintenance, and resident retention strategies, and support team performance through coaching, supervision, and onboarding.
Conduct Engaging Property ToursLead in-person and virtual tours for prospective residents, highlighting apartment features, community amenities, and lifestyle benefits.
Manage Financial PerformanceSet rental rates, oversee collections, process deposits, prepare budgets, and approve vendor invoices to ensure the property meets financial targets.
Deliver Exceptional Resident ExperienceHandle escalated concerns, foster positive resident relationships, and maintain a welcoming, professional community environment.
Inspect & Maintain Property StandardsWalk the property daily to identify maintenance and resident issues, ensuring the community meets KVM’s high standards of appearance and functionality.
Maintain Accurate Records & ReportingProcess all forms, reports, and administrative information efficiently and accurately to support smooth operations and regulatory compliance.
Monitor Market TrendsStay informed about local competitors, market conditions, and resident preferences to make strategic property decisions.
Demonstrate Professionalism & LeadershipExhibit reliable attendance, a positive attitude, and professional conduct while modeling KVM’s values for staff and residents alike.
What We’re Looking For- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years property management experience; multi-family property preferred
- CRM or ARM certification preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and property management software such as One Site, ALN, or Real Page experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer service-focused, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and local regulations.
