Ayvaz Pizza, a franchisee of Pizza Hut, is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager responsible for assisting with daily operations, ensuring friendly service, prompt food delivery and a clean environment.

Assist the General Manager in managing daily operations, financial controls, staffing, training, food safety and maintaining a family‑friendly atmosphere.

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high‑volume food service
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends and holidays (except Thanksgiving and Christmas)
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven leadership and team management in a fast‑paced setting
• Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making and customer‑service focus

• Oversee daily restaurant operations
• Maintain day‑to‑day financial controls
• Create and manage staff schedules
• Interview, hire, train and orient team members
• Coach, counsel, develop staff and manage team relations
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management
• Maintain health and safety inspections and standards
• Set the tone for a fun, family‑friendly environment
